A broadband dual circularly polarized (dual-CP) reflectarray based on 3-D printed dielectric materials is proposed in this article. novel array element that enables the linearly polarization (LP) to CP transformation proposed. The unit cell consists of two orthogonal cuboids adjust phases LP waves independently and then combine them into a wave. innovative design provides an extra degree freedom varying geometries elements all three dimensions, which us control waves. This maintains equal amplitude 90° phase difference condition across entire surface, realizing high gain LP–CP reflectarray. placement feed also optimized achieve highest aperture efficiency. Finally, off-set was designed fabricated using lost-cost printing. able provide both left-hand circular (LHCP) right-hand (RHCP), with just feed. measurements agree well simulated results where maximum realized directivity at 34 GHz are measured as 27.9 28.1 dBi, respectively. 3 dB bandwidth efficiency 30% up 38%, More importantly, broad axial ratio (AR) greater than 40% has been achieved for LHCP RHCP, covering almost frequency band interest, ranging from 26 40 GHz.
